MEETING ROTA The meeting rota was reasonably successful last year but we need more of our members to take on several of the tasks essential for meetings to run smoothly. We would like members to:-
1. Volunteer as greeters who will chat to visiting or new members, joining us for the first time. 2. To sell raffle tickets, we will still provide the prizes. 3. To help sell the plants on the plant stall, we will still provide plants. 4. Help make coffee and tea, guidance and provisions will be provided. 5. Offer accommodation. Once or twice a year the committee need to accommodate visiting speakers. If you can help this would spread the load. Please speak to our Programme Secretary, Peter Forrest if you can help.
At each meeting the rota is placed on the table next to the signing in book Please do not ignore it, but fill in your names where you can help. Many thanks
